Welcome to �Booked Out�- the store that provides enriching books for all members of the family! We aim to provide the highest level of customer service, with our friendly staff knowledgeable in all areas- from the classics of Dante� to children�s books such as the popular Harry Potter series. Our staff believe there is a book to suit everyone, and the stores cosy atmosphere provides a welcoming place to browse for such a book.

Each week we select the �Booked Out� book of the month, and also have small notices throughout the shop indicating �Staff Picks�. These are books that we believe to be more than worthy of a read!

If there is a book you are after that is not on the shelf, just ask our staff to order a copy for you. We are more than happy to order books for our customers, and are normally able to have them in within 2 weeks of ordering. So why not have a browse next time you�re at the spot?

Joestein Gaarder's Maya is an outstanding book from the author of the number one bestseller, Sophie's World. It once again creates a mystical atmosphere to discuss philosophy, consciousness, and the purpose of existence. The Norwegian author has created an imaginative novel that intertwines a number of stories that provoke the reader to further investigate philosophy. Discount applies for this month only.
